I love breaks. Unfortunately, this upcoming break I have to work my ass off on several different things.

Like... how I'm going to spend the break watching five different movies about Psychology and writing five different papers over them (it's only 750 words though- not too bad). Or how I'm going to be finishing up my final essay for comp.

and let's not forget the mini project I'm slacking on due tomorrow in government.

Or my too-easy algebra test.

Or my first, sadly late, Psych study [YES! FOUR AND A HALF MORE HOURS TO GO!].

All for tomorrow.

Anyways, naomi update first. I'm in the middle of writing the climax of chapter four (yes Kira... hold your tongue...). Hopefully, I'll have time to work on it in the morning if my government project or scorpio doesn't distract me first [mostly likely will be my gov project]. But other than that, it's crawling. Nothing's really inspired me to push forward. Well... it probably also has something to do with the fact that it's pretty boring and in need to some serious spicing up to make it so unformulaic each chapter... more work for me... yay.

scorpio was sent off to my editor ~Jiade103 a month and a half ago and she graciously tore it apart for me. Currently, it's in the middle of a major rewrite. I just finished the new draft of the first chapter last night.

Cosplay-wise, I'm in the midst of construction for Sakura [Dragon Queen artwork- sooo over my head...]. It's going pretty well- I have all the basic pieces cut out. I need to buy a couple yards of black cotton for the pointy collar of the cape and the trim of my skirts. Uh... probably need to pick up a yard or two of white cotton as well because the skirt's kinda see through. And a couple yards of anti-pill fleece. I hate fur. Or anything remotely furry on my clothing. Teddy bears and stuffed animals are a completely different story.

Overally, my mom and Kira's mom calls it my most ambitions project yet. :sigh: Probably so... I've spent more time than I care to admit angsting about the design of that skirt more than anything else. But I got it to the point where I'm satisfied with it... just need to cut/shape the back three layers so it flows right.

Hopefully, this dress will be as epic as I'm hyping it up to be.
